1. Introduction

Welcome to GreenWorks Cleaning. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, website, and any engagement with our cleaning solutions. By booking, requesting, or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

2. Service Engagement

GreenWorks Cleaning provides residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning services based on client requests and agreed scopes of work. All services are delivered according to scheduled appointments, confirmed quotations, and mutually agreed instructions.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through phone, email, or official communication channels. Changes or rescheduling requests should be communicated at least 24 hours before the agreed service time. Late cancellations may attract service charges.

4. Pricing & Payments

Service fees are determined based on space size, service type, frequency, and specific requirements. Prices communicated before service commencement are considered final unless additional work is requested. Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time. Fragile, valuable, or sensitive items should be secured before service begins. GreenWorks Cleaning will not be held liable for pre-existing damages or improperly stored items.

6. Health & Safety

We adhere to strict safety and hygiene practices during service delivery. Clients must inform us of any hazardous materials, restricted areas, or special safety requirements prior to service commencement.

7. Satisfaction & Complaints

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to inspect and resolve reported issues within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Liability Limitation

GreenWorks Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided on the day of occurrence.

9. Service Refusal or Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms occurs. No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to such circumstances.

10. Use of Cleaning Products

Eco-friendly and industry-approved cleaning materials are used unless otherwise specified by the client. GreenWorks Cleaning is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities or allergies.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information shared with GreenWorks Cleaning is handled confidentially and used solely for service communication and operational purposes. We do not share client information with third parties without consent.

12. Amendments

GreenWorks Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
